Visiting a good friend
When I try to describe all my impressions as to the trip to Poland, it seems to be unreal on the first sight. Why is it so? I will try to answer this question for you.
How did I imagine Poland earlier? It was just a country, which borders with Ukraine and there is nothing special about it.
But when I came there, it was really interesting to see and visit Poland. But then…
When I crossed the border, something amazed me, but I did not understand that feeling yet. I had such an impression, like I was not at home anymore, but on visit by a good friend.
The first time we came to Krakow only for an hour, but during this short period of time I understood, that I want to come back here someday. A strange feeling of kindness and attention from the people did not leave me during the stay. After all, it is a very special feeling for Ukrainians.
At last we got to the point of destination – a small city of Zakopane, which is situated in polish Tatra Mountains. Over there felt, that I came to the place, where I want to be. This view, which catches your eye! By the way, we decided to climb on the mountain, which was 2000 meter high. At the first time in my life I have seen the world and even felt it in May. Exactly in Zakopane, during the evening walk I have first understood the feeling, which I described on the beginning. I wanted to feel it, moreover I did not want to lose it. To my great surprise, I have understood, that only that person, who is proud of his native country can be interested and able to love the other countries. And it is not only about nice people or beautiful views. As to my mind, self-comfort is the most important thing. So if I was a tourist and I felt myself more than comfortably in Poland, so I can’t imagine, how do the Polish people feel themselves here.
Oh no, I can imagine that and want to be in their place.
