Foreigners, who are married with polish citizens and have been living in Poland for 2 years from the moment of their permit do not need such allowance as well.

   The document is authorized by Foreign Affairs Ministry if:

   - Purchased real estate does not create danger for defensive capacity of a country, for country’s safety or          public order as well as does not contradict social policy and health protection standards;

   - The one should prove his connections to Poland.

 

   Foreigner, who solicits for a permit issue for real estate submission, should provide documents, which define his legal status. He should provide documents, which are connected with real estate. The issue date of a permit is about two months on a condition that the whole package of documents is available. The term of document operation is one year. During this period of time you should carry out the operation as to drawing up documents for real estate purchase. Payment for notary services depends on the sum of a deal.

 

   Customer should know the month sum which is needed for dwelling maintenance. These are communal services, payment for gas and electric power. Complete maintenance of an apartment, which has area of 50 square meters cost about 350-600 zloty – it depends on the situation of the flat. Prices for an apartment in Poland start from 3000 zloty for a square meter and getting higher, depending on the city and the situation of flat.
